In our social-media enwrapped world, we have so much more access to knowledge and information around what gender and sexuality can mean. With theory everywhere nowadays, it can feel a little overwhelming knowing what these words mean within yourself, and so this worksheet is where you can explore your own conceptions of these terms.

I would also like to sign-post to The Genderbread Person which is a great resource for exploring gender more deeply. My worksheet is more about what the words mean just to you, and this may well open up dialogue around pronouns or self-identity in a wider context, but there is no obligation to make these decisions within yourself. The Genderbread Person can continue that inner dialogue.
